Today we want to share with you an inspiring story: the story of our colleague Francy Bedoya Puerta<\/em><\/strong>, the first operator in the Barbosa plant team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Shy and of few words, with an inner strength that motivates us to continue forward. A woman who decided to take the risk and work in a job that has traditionally been done by men, but after months of work she tells us: \u201cWomen can achieve many things in every sense, sometimes we just need to believe in ourselves\u201d<\/em><\/strong>. She thanks her work team for the human warmth she found in Papelsa, for the equality in treatment, and the patience to teach her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Empowered in her work, she hopes to have the opportunity to learn much more, but also to contribute, as she says: \u201cEveryone contributes their own thing to achieve the goal.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> She feels happy, she feels good about being useful and opening up new possibilities for other women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Today, March 8, International Women’s Day<\/em><\/strong><\/mark>, at papelsa we want to highlight the women who are changing the game and breaking paradigms.
